Dr Monique Heiderich is the Senior Owner and Lead Podiatrist at Phoenix Podiatry. She has a strong focus on inclusive podiatry and paediatric care, supporting patients who require extra time, flexibility, and a calm, understanding approach, including individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other mental health conditions across all age groups.
Monique also has extensive experience in biomechanics, diabetic foot care, dermatology, and preventative podiatry. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Laercio Heiderich
Clinic Manager
Laercio Heiderich is the Clinic Manager at Phoenix Podiatry, overseeing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for all patients.
With a strong background in healthcare administration, Laercio supports both the clinical and administrative teams while maintaining high standards of service and patient care throughout the clinic. Outside of work, he is married to Dr Monique Heiderich and enjoys family life with their three children.

Dr. Cristina Madeira Da Silva
Dr Cristina Da Silva is excited to be rejoining the team at Phoenix Podiatry and returning to provide care to the Cockburn community she knows and values. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, Cristina is committed to delivering high-quality podiatric care that focuses on minimising discomfort, understanding each patient’s individual needs, and achieving the best possible outcomes. Her approach centres on listening to patients and tailoring treatment plans to support comfort, mobility, and long-term foot health. Cristina completed her Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine at Charles Sturt University, with extensive clinical training across both metropolitan and regional settings, including Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Geraldton Regional Hospital. She has spent four years interstate providing podiatric care to the country community of Albury–Wodonga in New South Wales, gaining valuable experience treating a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. With a strong foundation in healthcare and a passion for helping people remain active and comfortable, Cristina takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment, focusing on what matters most to each individual patient. Cristina is delighted to be returning to Phoenix Podiatry under its new ownership and looks forward to reconnecting with patients while continuing to support the Spearwood community with compassionate, evidence-based foot care.

Dr Thomas Doris
Podiatrist
Thomas is an Irish podiatrist who graduated from Ulster University in 2023. He enjoys all aspects of podiatry, with particular interests in nail surgery, diabetes care, and biomechanics. Committed to continually advancing his clinical skills, Thomas has completed additional workshops and courses in X-ray and ultrasound imaging. Outside the clinic, Thomas is a keen sportsman and can often be found on the golf course—usually far more often than at home

Dr Sean Condon
Podiatrist
Sean is an Irish-trained podiatrist who graduated in 2017 and has worked in Ireland and New Zealand before recently relocating to Perth. He has a strong interest in biomechanics and routine podiatric care, including ingrown toenails and corns. Outside of work, Sean enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends.
